- Vibration Damper
- With the ribbed belt pulley
- Removing and installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- O-ring
- Not a replacement part; supplied with the bolt
- Bolt
- 150 Nm + 90°
- Always replace after removing.
- Coat the O-ring with engine oil
- Ribbed Belt
- Check for wear
- Do not kink
- Ribbed belt routing. Refer to Figure.
- Before removing, mark the running direction using chalk or a felt-tip pen. Reversing the running direction on a used belt can destroy it
- When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the pulleys
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Ribbed Belt Tensioner
- To release tension on ribbed belt, pivot using an open end wrench.
- Secure using the Locking Pin :T10060A
- Tensioning roller can be replaced separately. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Sub-Assembly Bracket
- With oil filter and engine oil cooler
- Removing And Installing The Sub-Assembly Bracket. (SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, VERSION 1 - TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS AND SEQUENCE ) .
- Removing and installing the engine oil cooler. Refer to ENGINE OIL COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Bolt
- 10 Nm
- Generator
- Removing and installing. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Bolt
- Tightening Specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - GENERATOR
- Bolt
- Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, VERSION 1 - TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS AND SEQUENCE
- A/C Compressor
- Do not remove or disconnect the refrigerant lines
- Removing and installing. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Bolt
- Tightening Specification. Refer to TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS
- Alignment Sleeve
- For the A/C compressor
