Charge Air Cooler, Removing And Installing, Non-Hybrid Vehicles: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

If there are small impressions on the fins, refer to COOLER AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .

-- Install the air guide hoses and screw-type clamps, refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS, AIR GUIDE WITH SCREW-TYPE CLAMPS .

-- Install the lock carrier cover and the bumper cover end plate, refer to FRONT BUMPER COVER END PLATE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING and LOCK CARRIER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
