Charge Air Cooler, Removing And Installing, Hybrid Vehicles: Removing

-- Remove the bumper cover end plate, lock carrier cover and the left and right air intake grille, refer to FRONT BUMPER COVER END PLATE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING , LOCK CARRIER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING and AIR INTAKE GRILLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Unclip the air guide -1-.

-- Remove the air guide hose from the charge air cooler by loosening the hose clamp -arrow-.

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

-- Remove the air guide hose from the charge air cooler by loosening the hose clamp -1-.

-- Push the lock downward -arrow A- and move the charge air cooler upward slightly in direction of -arrow B-.

-- Disengage the charge air cooler upward, free up on the left air guide and remove.
