Cylinder Bank 1 (Right) Ignition Coils, Removing

-- Remove the air filter housing.

-- Disconnect the connectors and free up the wires:

1 - For ignition coils Ignition Coil 1 With Power Output Stage -N70-, Ignition Coil 2 With Power Output Stage -N127-, Ignition Coil 3 With Power Output Stage -N291-, Ignition Coil 4 With Power Output Stage -N292-

2 - For Camshaft Position Sensor -G40-

4 - For intake or exhaust camshaft adjuster Intake Camshaft Actuator 1 For Cylinder 3 -F456-, Intake Camshaft Actuator 2 For Cylinder 3 -F457-, Exhaust Camshaft Actuator 1 For Cylinder 3 -F458-, Exhaust Camshaft Actuator 2 For Cylinder 3 -F459-

5 - For Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42-

6 - For intake or exhaust camshaft adjuster Intake Camshaft Adjuster 1 For Cylinder 2 -F452-, Intake Camshaft Actuator 2 For Cylinder 2 -F453-, Exhaust Camshaft Adjuster 1 For Cylinder 2 -F454-, Exhaust Camshaft Actuator 2 For Cylinder 2 -F455-

-- Disconnect vacuum hoses -3 and 7-.

-- Remove the screws -arrows-.

-- Free up the ground wire and tilt the wiring guide back.

-- Remove the ignition coils. Refer to 8-CYLINDER 4.0 TFSI GASOLINE ENGINE .
