-- Remove the noise insulation -1- and -2-, refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Remove the plenum chamber bulkhead, refer to OVERVIEW - BULKHEAD .

-- Remove the Heated Oxygen Sensor -G39- -item 1-, refer to Heated Oxygen Sensor -G39-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, FRONT OF BANK 1 RIGHT CATALYTIC CONVERTER .

-- Remove the right catalytic converter, refer to RIGHT CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION 0B6 .

-- Remove the air filter housing, refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the right engine mount, refer to RIGHT ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the nut -1- and the bolt -2- and press the coolant pipe to the side.

-- Remove the bolts -1 through 4- and remove the heat shield.
