Installation [08/2013 - ]

- INSTALL KNOCK CONTROL SENSOR
- Install the knock control sensor with the bolt so that the knock control sensor is positioned as shown in the illustration.
Torque: 20 N*m (204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION*a Front of Engine *b Up *c 7° *d 10° NOTE:The acceptable installation angle of the knock control sensor is between 7° upward and 10° downward from the horizontal position.
HINT:
Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the knock control sensor. Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2013 - ]
- Connect the knock control sensor connector.
- Install the knock control sensor with the bolt so that the knock control sensor is positioned as shown in the illustration.
