Installation [08/2013 - ]

- INSTALL TIMING CHAIN COVER OIL SEAL
- Apply MP grease to the lip of a new timing chain cover oil seal.NOTE:
- Do not allow foreign matter to contact the lip of the timing chain cover oil seal.
- Do not allow MP grease to contact the dust seal.
- Using SST and a hammer, tap in the timing chain cover oil seal until its surface is flush with the timing chain cover sub-assembly edge.
- SST: 09223-22010
NOTE:- Keep the lip of the timing chain cover oil seal free from foreign matter.
- Do not tap in the timing chain cover oil seal at an angle.
- Apply MP grease to the lip of a new timing chain cover oil seal.
- INSTALL CRANKSHAFT PULLEY
- Align the crankshaft pulley key with the key groove of the crankshaft pulley.
- Using SST, hold the crankshaft pulley and install the pulley bolt.TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

Torque: 260 N*m (2651 kgf*cm, 192 ft.*lbf)
HINT:
Insert a few washers (thickness: approximately 5 mm (0.197 in.)) between SST(09213-70011) and SST(09214-00030).

Torque: 103 N*m (1049 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf)
