Luggage Compartment Door Courtesy Switch Circuit [08/2013 - ]: Procedure

- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Data List.
- Read the display on the Techstream.MAIN BODY

- INSPECT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY
- Remove the luggage compartment door lock assembly. Refer to REMOVAL [08/2013 - ] .
- Inspect the luggage compartment door lock assembly. Refer to INSPECTION [08/2013 - ]

Luggage compartment door lock assembly is normal.

OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY - MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU))
- Disconnect the H10 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.
- Disconnect the P14 No. 1 luggage compartment light assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition U3-3 (D+) - H10-19 (LGCY) Always Below 1 Ω U3-3 (D+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher U3-2 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

- PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [08/2013 - ]
- REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU). Refer to REMOVAL [08/2013 - ]
- REPLACE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY. Refer to REMOVAL [08/2013 - ]
