Front Brake Disc, FBC-57: Installing
Use new bolts .
Clean the brake disc, wheel hub and contact surfaces before installing.
-- Place the brake rotor on the hub.
When positioning the brake rotor, do not tilt it on the wheel hub.
-- Install the securing bolt -arrow- and tighten.
-- Position the front brake carrier.
Do not angle the brake carrier with mounting it.
-- Install the screws -3- on the front brake carrier and tighten to the tightening specification.
-- Install the front brake pads, refer to FRONT BRAKE PADS, FBC-57 .
After replacing the brake pads, press the brake pedal firmly several times while the vehicle is stationary so that the brake pads are seated properly in their normal operating position.
-- Install the wheels.
Wheel bolt tightening specifications, refer to WHEEL BOLTS, TIGHTENING .
