Overview - Brake Pedal
WARNING:
The path of the brake pedal must not be shortened via extra floor mats.
- Lubricate all bearing and contact surfaces with Lubricating Grease G 000 450 02

- Accelerator Pedal Module
- Pedal Support Bolt
- 20 Nm
- Brake Lamp Sensor
- Removing and installing. Refer to BRAKE LAMP SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Mounting Pin Bolt
- 8 Nm
- The bolt holds the mounting pins in position
- Left Securing Clip (Spring Steel)
- Brake Pedal
- Removing and Installing, with Manual Transmission. Refer to BRAKE PEDAL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH MANUAL TRANSMISSION .
- Removing and Installing, with Automatic Transmission. Refer to BRAKE PEDAL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION .WARNING:
If possible, leave the brake pedal stop installed; it could break the mount for the brake lamp sensor if the brake pedal is released too quickly.

- StopWARNING:
If possible, leave the brake pedal stop installed; it could break the mount for the brake lamp sensor if the brake pedal is released too quickly.
