General Information 

• Data Bus On Board Diagnostic Interface interlinks the different CAN bus systems in the vehicle.
• It transmits data from, for example, the engine control module (drivetrain CAN bus) to the instrument cluster (instrument cluster CAN bus).
• Fault finding is done in "Guided Fault Finding" using the Vehicle diagnostic tester.
