Charge Air Cooler Housing, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the seals

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory .

-- Install the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-, refer to THROTTLE VALVE CONTROL MODULE -J338-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the air guides with the screw-type clamps, refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS .

-- Connect the coolant hoses with the connector coupling, refer to Fig 1.

NOTE:

Do not reuse used coolant.

-- Fill with coolant, refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Check the oil level, refer to => 410.
