Charge Air Cooler, Removing And Installing: Removing

NOTE: Follow all the rules of cleanliness, refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .

-- Support the engine in its installed position, refer to ENGINE, SUPPORTING IN INSTALLED POSITION .

-- Lift the engine using the Engine Support Bridge - Spindle 10 - 222 A /11 item -1- to dimension -a-.

NOTE: Use a cloth to catch any leaking coolant.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -1-, then clamp off the coolant hoses with the Hose Clamp - Up To 25 mm 3094 and remove them.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and then remove the charge air cooler from the charge air cooler housing.
