Charge Air Cooler Housing, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the lock carrier, refer to LOCK CARRIER .

-- Remove the front coolant pipe, refer to FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the air filter housing, refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-, refer to Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Loosen the clamp -2- and remove the coolant hose.

-- Move the coolant hose to the side.

-- Disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Free up the vacuum hoses -arrow-.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -4 and 5- and remove the air guide hoses.

-- Remove the bolts -1, 2, 6- and pull the charge air cooler housing slightly forward, then remove it upward.
