Terminal 58D

Function

When the CAN-bus is active, then an actual dimming value will be transmitted to the CAN-bus for the display illumination, terminal 58d by the vehicle electrical system control module -J519-. The control module decide under which conditions to adjust the illumination of the different displays.

The dimming value of terminal 58d cab be displayed in the vehicle electrical system control module -J519- measured value blocks.
