Central Valve, Removing And Installing: Installing
-- Install in reverse order of removal. Note The Following:
Tightening Specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - CENTRAL VALVE .
-- Install the central valve and bracket.
-- Install the bolts.
-- Install the DRC line connections for the appropriate lines on the central valve.
Through 09/02/2013 central valves -1 and 2- with shut-off valves -3- and lock nuts -4- are installed.
The central valve Through 09/02/2013 are filled when new and are sealed by the shut-off valve. The shut-off valve is secured with lock nuts.
If a new central valve with shut-off valves and lock nuts is installed after connecting the DRC lines -5 and 6- or -9 and 10- open the shut-off valves completely and secure using lock nuts. Refer to OVERVIEW - CENTRAL VALVE .
From 09/02/2013 the central valves are installed with plugs.
The central valves From 09/02/2013 are not filled when new because the shut-off valve/lock nuts are replaced by plugs.
Fill the DRC system. Refer to DYNAMIC RIDE CONTROL (DRC), SYSTEM DRAINING AND FILLING .
