Transmission Fluid, Draining And Filling: Filling

- Wear protective eyewear.
CAUTION:
Danger of causing damage to the transmission.
- Only use the specified transmission fluid (MTF) in the parts list for the S tronic transmission 0CK.
- Using other fluids can cause malfunctions or transmission failure.
- For the correct allocation. Refer to the parts information.
- The :VAS6617 must be clean and ATF must not be mixed with another fluid! Apply transmission fluid (MTF) to the hand pump if necessary.
-- Remove the sealing plug -arrow- from the inspection and fill hole on the right side of the transmission housing.
-- Slowly fill transmission fluid (MTF) using :VAS6617 .
- Transmission fluid (MTF) specification. Refer to the parts information.
-- Repeat the procedure gradually every 15 seconds, until the transmission fluid is 2 mm under the lower edge of the inspection and fill hole.
NOTE:
It is important to follow the waiting period to make sure the various oil spaces in the transmission are filled equally.
-- Tighten the plug.
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following, refer to Tightening Specifications .
