1. Ribbed Belt
   • Check for wear
   • Before removing, mark the direction of rotation using chalk or a felt-tip pen.
   • Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Do not kink
   • When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the ribbed belt pulleys
2. Vibration Damper
   • With ribbed belt pulley
   • Removing and installing:
     • Vehicles without torque support. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITHOUT TORQUE SUPPORT .
     • Vehicles with torque support. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH TORQUE SUPPORT .
3. Washer
   • Always replace
4. Bolt
   • 20 Nm + 90°
   • Always replace
5. Idler Roller
   • For the ribbed belt
6. Bolt
   • 30 Nm
7. Cover
   • For the idler roller
8. Cover
   • For the idler roller
9. Bolt
   • 23 Nm
10. Idler Roller
    • For the ribbed belt
11. Bolt
    • Tightening specification. Refer to GENERATOR .
12. Generator
    • Removing and installing. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
13. Bracket
    • For generator
14. Bolt
    • Tighten in 2 steps:
      • 5 Nm diagonally
      • 40 Nm diagonally
15. Bolt
    • Tightening specification -Item 3- OVERVIEW - COOLANT PUMP .
16. Ribbed Belt Pulley
    • For the coolant pump
17. Coolant Pump
    • There are different versions. For the correct allocation. Refer to the Parts information.
    • Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
18. Bolt
    • 50 Nm + 90°
    • Always replace
19. Tensioner
    • For the ribbed belt
    • Different versions with or without tensioner washer. Refer to appropriate service information.
    • Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
20. Seal
    • Always replace
21. Bracket
    • For A/C compressor
    • Removing and installing. Refer to AUXILIARY COMPONENTS BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
22. Bolt
    • Tighten in 2 steps:
      • 5 Nm diagonally
      • 40 Nm diagonally
23. Alignment Sleeve
    • Quantity: 2
24. Bolt
    • Tightening specifications. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR .
25. A/C Compressor
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR .
