Brakes And Brake Lines Line Routing

Brakes and brake lines are delivered as ready-to-install replacement parts.

Secure brakes and brake lines at original fastening points when installing.

Lines to Hydraulic Assembly 

-- Tighten the nuts -1- through -4- to 14 Nm.

-- Tighten the nuts -5- and -6- to 14 Nm.

Brake Hose to Brake Caliper to Front Axle 

-- Item -1- brake hose, ensure retaining tabs are seated correctly in bracket.

-- Item -2- retaining spring.

-- -3- brake pipe line, 14 Nm

-- Item -2- intermediate piece.

-- -3- brake pipe line, 14 Nm

Brake Line Connecting in Wheel Housing to Front Axle

Brake Line Routing to Rear Axle 

-- -1- brake hose in brake caliper 20 Nm.

-- -2- brake hose bracket, make sure the tabs are secure inside the bracket.

-- Item -3- retaining spring.

-- -4- brake line, 14 Nm.
