Coolant Pump Toothed Belt, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the drive gear bolt.

Note the toothed belt sprocket installation location, refer to -item  16- Drive Gear for Toothed Belt (See Figure).

-- Install the small coolant pipe, refer to SMALL COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-, refer to After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, NON-HYBRID VEHICLES WITH ALL ENGINE CODES EXCEPT CDZA .

NOTE:

Do not reuse used coolant.

Refer to Filling  for Non-Hybrid Vehicles, or Filling  for Hybrid Vehicles.
