Fig 1: Remove/Install Seat Pan Cover And Padding Components

1. Seat Pan
   • Removing and installing. Refer to FRONT BACKREST, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, BACKREST AND SEAT PAN, RS BUCKET SEAT .
2. Flap with Air Cushion for Right Seat Bolster Inflation Adjustment
   • Disengage. Refer to Fig 2
3. Seat Pan Cushion
4. Seat Pan Cover

   Removing

   -- Remove the seat. Refer to FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, RS BUCKET SEAT .

   -- Remove seat pan. Refer to FRONT BACKREST, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, BACKREST AND SEAT PAN, RS BUCKET SEAT .

   -- Remove Velcro fastener on left and right from rear seat cover.

   -- Pry grip channel at edge of seat cover -4- all around out of guide at seat pan -1-.

   -- Carefully loosen seams of seat pan cover from Velcro fastener on the seat pan Padding -3-.

   -- Remove seat cover.

   Installing

   Install in reverse order of removal.

5. Y-connector
   • Connects both pneumatic hoses to seat bolster inflation adjustment
6. Flap with Air Cushion for Left Seat Bolster Inflation Adjustment
   • Disengage, refer to Fig 2

-- Remove flap -2- with air cushion for seat bolster inflation adjustment from retaining bracket -3- of seat pan -arrow-.

-- Disconnect the pneumatic hose -1- to the seat bolster adjuster at the Y-connector.

-- Remove flap with air cushion for seat bolster inflation adjustment.
