Front Charge Air Cooling Circuit Radiator, Removing And Installing: Removing
-- Remove the lock carrier cover -4-. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .
-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.
-- Remove the air duct -1- from the air filter housing intermediate flange -2-.
-- Remove the bumper cover end plate. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .
-- Remove the left and right air intake grille -1-. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .
Applies to Vehicles with A Left Charge Air Cooling Circuit Cooler (market-specific):
-- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .
-- Remove the left front wheel.
-- Remove the left front wheel housing liner. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .
-- Remove the air duct -1- -arrow-.

The bumper is not shown in the following illustrations.
-- Release the retaining tabs in direction of -A arrows- and tilt the left and right air ducts -1- toward the center of the vehicle in direction of -arrow B-.
-- Place the Shop Crane - Drip Tray VAS6208 under the front charge air cooling circuit radiator.
Vehicles with Front Charge Air Cooling Circuit Radiator, Version 2:
-- Clamp off and remove the coolant hoses with the Hose Clamps - Up To 25mm 3094 by loosening the hose clamps -arrows-.
Vehicles with Front Charge Air Cooling Circuit Radiator, Version 1:
-- Clamp off and remove the coolant hose using the Hose Clamps - Up To 25mm 3094 by loosening the hose clamp -arrow-.
-- Remove the bolt -1-.
-- Loosen the hose clamp -1-, then clamp off the coolant hose with the Hose Clamps - Up To 25mm 3094 and remove.

-- Press the catch downward -arrow A- and move the front charge air cooling circuit radiator in direction of -arrow B-.
-- Remove the front charge air cooling circuit radiator from the radiator -arrows A- and move it in direction of -arrow B-.
-- Remove the front charge air cooling circuit radiator downward from the right side in direction of -arrow C-.
