Front Charge Air Cooling Circuit Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specification: 4.5 Nm.

NOTE:

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory.

-- Install the bumper cover end plate. Refer to ATTACHMENTS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the air duct on the air filter housing intermediate flange. Refer to OVERVIEW - AIR FILTER HOUSING .

-- Install the lock carrier cover. Refer to LOCK CARRIER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to FILLING .

NOTE:

All of the coolant must be changed if the radiator was replaced.
