Fan Shroud, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
- Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - RADIATOR/COOLANT FAN .
NOTE:
Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory.
-- Vehicles with S tronic transmission 0B5: Tighten the ATF lines. Refer to ATF LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Install the air duct on the air filter housing intermediate flange. Refer to OVERVIEW - AIR FILTER HOUSING .
-- Install the lock carrier cover and the bumper cover end plate. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .
-- Connect the connection to the coupling. Refer to Figure.
-- Fill with coolant. Refer to FILLING .
-- Vehicles with S tronic transmission 0B5: check the ATF level. Refer to ATF LEVEL, CHECKING .
