Upper Coolant Pipes, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specification: 9 Nm.

NOTE:

Replace the O-rings.

-- Clean and smooth the O-ring sealing surface.

-- Coat the O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

-- Connect the coolant hose to the coupling. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the high pressure line and the intake manifold lower section. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING and INTAKE MANIFOLD LOWER SECTION WITH FUEL RAIL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to FILLING .
