Coolant thermostat, removing and installing

Removing

Drain coolant → Cooling system, draining and filling .
Disconnect coolant hoses at coolant regulator housing.

Remove bolts - arrows -.
Remove coolant regulator housing.

Press down retaining bracket using Seal installer 3265 and rotate approx. 180 ° (one half turn) - arrow -.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

NOTE:

Replace seals.
Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.

Clean and smooth sealing surface.
Insert coolant regulator.

Installed location: Bleeder valve - arrow - toward top.

Press down retaining bracket using Seal installer 3265 and rotate approx. 180 ° (one half rotation).

Retaining bracket must be engaged beneath pin of connection.
Fill with coolant Filling .
