Nut
- Replace
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.
- Tightening specification and sequence: left, refer to Fig 2, right, refer to Fig 3
Bracket for Heat Shield
Exhaust Manifold
- Removing and installing. Refer to LEFT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING and RIGHT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Seal
- Replace
Heat Shield
Bolt
- 9 Nm
Heated Oxygen Sensor
- Before catalytic converter
- Removing and installing. Refer to HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Catalytic Converter
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - MUFFLER .
Nut
- 23 Nm
- Replace
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.
Seal
- Replace

NOTE:

Replace the nuts.

Coat the thread on the nut with hot bolt paste.

-- Tighten the nuts in the three steps in the sequence shown:

Step	Nuts	Tightening Specification
1.	-1 to 9-	Install all the way in by hand.
2.	-1 to 9-	15 Nm
3.	-1 to 9-	25 Nm

NOTE:

Replace the nuts.
