Overview - Shift Forks

NOTE:

Removing the shift fork group from the bearing brackets for the input and output shafts. Refer to OVERVIEW - WHEEL SET .

  1. Gearshift Rail / Reverse Gear Shift Fork
  2. Gearshift Rail / Shift Fork for 1st and 2nd Gear
  3. Ball Sleeve
    • Remove and install, for example, using locking ring pliers (for the outer races) from the gearshift rail / shift fork
  4. Gearshift Rail / Shift Fork for 3rd and 4th Gear
  5. Gearshift Rail / Shift Fork for 5th and 6th Gear
    • With yoke for the gearshift rail / shift fork mounting
    • The shift fork cannot be separated from the yoke.
