1. Reservoir bracket to body. Refer to Fig 2
2. Reservoir in bracket. Refer to Fig 3
3. Bolt in bracket. Refer to Fig 2
4. Return hose bracket to the longitudinal member. Refer to Fig 4
5. Hydraulic oil cooler to condenser. Refer to Fig 5
6. Power steering pump to engine/transmission. Refer to OVERVIEW - POWER STEERING PUMP, 8-CYLINDER FSI, WITH DYNAMIC STEERING  or OVERVIEW - POWER STEERING PUMP, 8-CYLINDER FSI, WITHOUT DYNAMIC STEERING .
7. Pressurized line to crossbrace. Refer to Fig 7
8. Pressure line connection installation location. Refer to Fig 7
9. Return line to the subframe. Refer to Fig 9
10. Return line bracket to subframe. Refer to Fig 8
11. Return line bracket to the longitudinal member. Refer to Fig 4

-- Secure the bracket -2- to the body with bolts -1-.

-- Secure the reservoir -4- in the bracket -2- using the bolt -3-.

-- Insert the reservoir with the tab -1- in the opening in the bracket -2-.

-- Secure the return line -1- to the left longitudinal member using the line bracket -3-. Insert the return line -1- with the marking -arrow A- in the line bracket -3-.

-- Insert the intake hose -4- in the line bracket -6-. Clip the line bracket -6- into the bracket -5-.

-- Secure the return line -2- with the nuts -7- and the bracket -5- on the left longitudinal member.

1. Return line from the hydraulic fluid cooler to the reservoir
2. Return line from the power steering gear to the hydraulic oil cooler

-Arrow- points in direction of travel.

Installation location on the return line connection -2-. Refer to HOSE LINES TO RESERVOIR, HYDRAULIC FLUID COOLER AND RETURN LINE INSTALLED POSITION .

Return line -1- and intake hose -4- installation location on the reservoir. Refer to HOSE LINES TO RESERVOIR, HYDRAULIC FLUID COOLER AND RETURN LINE INSTALLED POSITION .

-- Position the hydraulic oil cooler -1- on the brackets -2- and then engage it into the brackets -3-.

Lines to the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to HOSE LINES TO RESERVOIR, HYDRAULIC FLUID COOLER AND RETURN LINE INSTALLED POSITION .

Hydraulic Fluid Cooler to the Condenser - RS Models

-- Mount the hydraulic fluid cooler -1- on the retainers and tighten the bolts -2- to 9 Nm.

Lines to the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to HOSE LINES TO RESERVOIR, HYDRAULIC FLUID COOLER AND RETURN LINE INSTALLED POSITION .

-- Install the pressure line on the crossbrace using the nut -3- and rubber bushing -4-.

-- Note the line installation location when bolting the line connection. The markings -1- and -2- must be opposite each other.

-- Secure the return line -2- with the line bracket -1- to the left front of the subframe -3-.

-Arrow- points in direction of travel.

-- Install the return line -4- on the subframe -3- using the bracket -2- and bolt -1-.
