Fender Wheel Cover

Cover
- Removing:
  -- Remove the expanding clip under the wheel housing liner, heat the adhesive surface with a hot air blower and remove the cover in stages.
- Installing:
  -- Clean the adhesive surface with Cleaning Solution D 009 401 04 and remove adhesive residue with Adhesive Strip Remover VAS6349, if necessary.
  
  -- Apply the Adhesive -D 355 205 A2- with Applicator -D 009 500 25- in the adhesion area and let it dry for 10 minutes.
  
  -- Remove the protective film sideways so that they can be reached when the fender cover is dismantled.
  
  -- Position it above the centering pin from front to back and in line with the contour when installing.
  
  -- Remove the protective film on the removal tabs between the fender and the cover and tighten it by hand in stages.
  
  -- Install the expanding clip in the cover.

- Remove the protective film a little further before installing the cover and bend it back to the side with the help of the removal tabs.
