Coolant thermostat, removing, installing and checking: Removing

Drain coolant. Refer to Coolant, draining and refilling .
Remove intake manifold. Refer to Intake manifold, removing and installing .

Remove bolts -1- and -2-.
Disconnect coolant hose (arrows).
Remove coolant regulator with connection.
