Cover With Oil Separator: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications, refer to OIL CHECK VALVES AND OIL SEPARATOR OVERVIEW .

NOTE:

Replace the gasket.

-- Install the lower intake manifold section. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Install the upper coolant pipe. Refer to UPPER COOLANT PIPE .
