Upper Coolant Pipe: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specification, refer to COOLANT PIPES OVERVIEW .

NOTE:

Replace the O-rings.

-- Clean and smooth the O-ring sealing surface.

-- Coat the O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

-- Connect the coolant hose to the coupling. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the high pressure line and the lower intake manifold. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Fill with coolant, refer to FILLING .
