Left Coolant Pipes: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications, refer to COOLANT PIPES OVERVIEW .

NOTE:

Replace the O-ring.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory.

-- Clean and smooth the O-ring sealing surface.

-- Coat the O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

-- Install the A/C compressor bracket. Refer to RIBBED BELT DRIVE, VEHICLES WITH HYDRAULIC POWER STEERING OVERVIEW .

-- Install A/C compressor. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING ON BRACKET .

-- Install after-run coolant pump. Refer to AFTER-RUN COOLANT PUMP -V51- .

-- Fill with coolant, refer to FILLING .
