Left Exhaust Manifold: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications, refer to Figure.

NOTE:

Replace the seal and self-locking nuts.

-- Position the exhaust manifold with the catalytic converter seal and tighten the nuts. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the engine supports with the left engine mount. Refer to LEFT ENGINE MOUNT .

-- Install the left catalytic converter. Refer to LEFT CATALYTIC CONVERTER .

-- Install the front muffler. Refer to FRONT MUFFLER .

-- Install the noise insulation. Refer to NOISE INSULATION .

-- Install the plenum chamber bulkhead. Refer to PLENUM CHAMBER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
