Center Oil Strainer

The oil strainer centers itself >>noticeably<< in the valve body seat.
-- Center the oil strainer and press into the valve body as far as the stop by pressing evenly on the corners. Hold it firmly in this position.
-- Counter turn the bolts by hand.
-- Tighten the oil screen.
-- Install the oil pan. Refer to OIL PAN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Fill the ATF and check the level after installing. Refer to ATF LEVEL, CHECKING AND FILLING .
