Right Rear Wheel Housing Liner: Installing

NOTE:

Check the expanding nuts -3- for damage and replace if necessary.

CAUTION:

Check the gas-tight expanding nut -4- for damage and replace if necessary.

The expanding nuts seal interior from exhaust fumes. It must always be replaced if damaged.

-- Install the rear wheel housing liner -1- in the wheel housing without bending it.

-- Install the bolts -5- and hex nut -6- and tighten in the specified order. Refer to BOLT TIGHTENING SEQUENCE .

-- Tightening specification for bolts -5- : 2 Nm.

-- Tightening specification for hex nut -6- : 2.5 Nm.

-- Install the wheel. Refer to WHEEL, CHANGING .
