Lubricate All Bearings And Running Surfaces.
Oil Injector Jet For Piston Cooling. Refer To Figure.

- 40 Nm +120° turn
- Replacing
- Lubricate The Thread And Contact Surface.
- Connecting Rod Bearing Cap
- Bearing Shells
- Make Sure The Tabs Are Tight
- Always Replace If Removed
- Oversized Bearings Are Available For Reworked Crankshaft Connecting Rod Journals.
- Connecting Rod
- Always Replace As A Set.
- Mark Affiliation To Cylinder With Paint. Refer To Figure
- Installation Position Of Connecting Rod Pairs. Refer To Figure
- Axial Play For Each New Connecting Rod Pair: 0.16 To 0.29 mm
- Radial Play, Measuring. Refer To CONNECTING RODS, CHECKING RADIAL CLEARANCE .
- Locking Ring
