Overview - Drive Plate

NOTE:

For the assembly work, secure engine with Engine/Transmission Holder - V6 FSI Bracket:VAS6095/1-5 to Engine and Transmission Holder:VAS6095 . Refer to ENGINE, SECURING ON ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION HOLDER .

Drive Plate
- With the bearing flange
- Check the running surfaces on the bearing flange and the clutch module holes for cracks and signs of wear.
- Removing and installing. Refer to DRIVE PLATE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 60 Nm + 90° additional turn
- Replace
Needle Bearing
- Only For Vehicles With Manual Transmission Or Multitronic 0AW
- Installed Position: The Closed Side Faces The Engine
- Removing and installing NEEDLE BEARING IN DRIVE PLATE, REPLACING
Sensor Wheel
- For Engine Speed Sensor -G28-
Crankshaft
Alignment Pin
Crankshaft Shaft Seal, Transmission Side
- Replacing. Refer to CRANKSHAFT SEAL, REPLACING, TRANSMISSION SIDE .
