Tightening Specifications

NOTE:

Replace Seal And Nuts.

Coat the thread on the nut with hot bolt paste.

When installing, bring all cable ties back to same positions.

-- Mount the seal on the threaded pin.

-- Install the left exhaust manifold with catalytic converter into the securing strips and tighten the nuts. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the right exhaust manifold with catalytic converter into the securing strips and tighten the nuts. Refer to Figure.

-- Install oil dipstick guide tube. Refer to OVERVIEW - CRANKSHAFT .

-- Install the front muffler. Refer to FRONT MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
