Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note The Following:

Tightening Specifications. Refer To OVERVIEW - RADIATOR/COOLANT FAN .

NOTE:

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory.

-- Install The Condenser. Refer To CONDENSER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove The Headlamp. Refer To HEADLAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install The Hydraulic Fluid Cooler. Refer To HYDRAULIC FLUID COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the ATF Lines. Refer To the appropriate Service Information

-- Install The Front Engine Oil Cooler. Refer To OVERVIEW - ENGINE OIL COOLER / ENGINE OIL COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install The Front Impact Member. Refer To IMPACT MEMBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the air duct on the air filter housing intermediate flange. Refer To OVERVIEW - AIR FILTER HOUSING .

NOTE:

All Of The Coolant Must Be Changed If The Radiator Was Replaced.

-- Connect The Coolant Hoses With The Connector Coupling. Refer To Figure.

-- Fill The Coolant. Refer To FILLING .

-- Check The ATF Level. Refer To the appropriate Service Information .
