Front Upper Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal. Note The Following:

Tightening Specification. Refer To OVERVIEW - COOLANT PIPES .

NOTE:

Replace The O-Rings.

Secure All Hose Connections With Hose Clamps Of The Same Type As Those Equipped By The Factory.

-- Clean And/Or Smooth The Sealing Surfaces Of The O-rings.

-- Coat The O-Rings With Coolant And Install Them.

-- Connect The Coolant Hose To The Coupling. Refer To Figure.

-- Install The Cooler With The Fan Shroud. Refer To RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install The Intake Manifold Upper Section. Refer To INTAKE MANIFOLD UPPER SECTION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
