EVAP Canister And Leak Detection System Assembly Overview

  1. Leak Detection Pump
    • Component Location: Left Rear On Vehicle Underbody Under Cover
    • Check In Guided Fault-Finding Operating Mode
    • Removing and installing, refer to LEAK DETECTION PUMP 
  2. Clamp
    • Must Be Appropriate For Model Type.
  3. Ventilation Line
  4. Bolt
    • 4 Nm 
  5. Bolt
    • 16 Nm 
  6. Rubber Grommet
  7. Bushing
  8. EVAP Canister
    • Component location: Bottom of spare wheel well
    • Removing and installing, refer to EVAP CANISTER 
  9. Vent Line
    • To The Locking Flange On Fuel Tank
    • To Disconnect, Press Release Button On Connection Piece
  10. Vent Line
    • To EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve
    • To Disconnect, Press Release Button On Connection Piece
  11. Gasket
  12. Vacuum Line
    • To Engine
