Relay/Fuse Panel Mount With Vehicle Electrical System Control Module -J519-, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove The Left Side Instrument Panel Vent. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the screw -arrow- on the air duct -1-.

NOTE:

It is not necessary to remove the air duct.

-- Remove the Vehicle Electrical System Control Module -J519-. Refer to VEHICLE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM CONTROL MODULE -J519-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Slide the extension with the socket between the air duct -3- and central tube -4- and remove the nut -2-.

-- Remove the nut -5- using the socket on the extension and guide past the mount -6- as illustrated.

-- Remove the mount from the threaded pins.

-- Disengage the retaining pins -1- on the mount at the side guide in the A-pillar -arrow- while pulling the mount toward the passenger compartment.
