Seat Pan, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the trim on the sill side. Refer to SILL SIDE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, BUCKET SEAT .

-- Remove the trim on the tunnel side. Refer to TUNNEL-SIDE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, BUCKET SEAT .

-- Remove the bolt.

-- Remove the seat forward/back adjustment handle.

-- Press the control cable sleeve in direction of -arrow A- out of the control cable bracket.

-- Detach release cable -1- for seat forward/back adjustment from the release lever in direction of -arrow B-.

-- Release retaining clip -4- on the release cable in the direction of the -arrow A- and remove the retaining clamp in an upward direction -arrow B-.

-- Release retaining spring -2- with a narrow screwdriver -3-.

-- Remove seat rail release lever -1- up out of the axis of rotation.

-- Remove the bolt -1- and cut the cable ties -arrows-.

-- Free up the electrical wiring harness on the retaining plate.

-- Disconnect the connectors -2 and 4-.

-- Disconnect the pneumatic hose -3-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the seat pan from the seat frame.
