Seat Angle Adjustment Motor, Removing And Installing: Removing

WARNING:
- Follow all Safety Precautions when working with pyrotechnic components. Refer To SAFETY PRECAUTIONS .
- Before handling pyrotechnic components (for example, disconnecting the connector), the person handling it must "discharge static electricity". This can be done by touching the door striker, for example.
-- Turn on the ignition.
-- Disconnect The Battery Ground Cable With The Ignition Turned On. Refer To BATTERY, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING .
-- Remove The Front Seat:
- Standard seat, Sport seat (power) and Comfort seat. Refer To FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, POWER .
- For the super sport seat. Refer To FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, POWER .
-- Attach the front seat to the Engine/Transmission Holder - Seat Repair Fixture:VAS6136 . Refer To FRONT SEAT, MOUNTING ON FIXTURE FOR SEAT REPAIR .
-- Disconnect electrical harness connector -3- on seat angle adjustment motor -4-.
-- Remove the bolt -2-.
5 - Adjusting spindle, pre-adjusted by the manufacturer
-- Do Not Damage The Bushing -1- Inserted In The Bearing Area -2- When Removing The Bolt.
CAUTION:
- The bushings cannot be replaced with workshop materials.
- If the bushings are damaged, the corresponding assembly parts must be replaced.
-- Remove the bolts -1-.
-- Remove the seat angle adjustment motor from the front seat.
