A-Pillar Trim Panel, Removing And Installing, A-Pillar Upper Trim Panel: Installing

WARNING:
- Follow all Safety Precautions when working with pyrotechnic components. Refer to SAFETY PRECAUTIONS .
- Do not pinch the head curtain airbag when installing the upper A-pillar trim.
Install in reverse order of removal. Note The Following:
NOTE:
If the trim clamps remain in the body mounting points, remove them and insert them in the trim.
Check clamps for damage or deformation, replace if necessary.
-- Remove any locking compound residue inside the threaded hole for the upper A-pillar trim bolt using a thread tap.
NOTE:
If The Threaded Hole Is Not Cleaned, The New Bolt Could Seize Up During Installation And Shear Off When Removed Again.
-- Insert upper A-pillar trim -1- into instrument panel mount -2- and the lower A-pillar trim direction of the -arrow-.
-- Clip the upper A-pillar trim in and stretch the door seal lip over.
