Auxiliary Components Bracket, Removing And Installing, Vehicles With Electro-Mechanical Power Steering: Removing

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Disconnect the connectors -2 and 3- from the Oil Pressure Switch -F22- and Reduced Oil Pressure Switch -F378-.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -arrows- and remove the air guide hose.

-- Disconnect and free up the connector from the Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31- -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -1 and 2- and move the front coolant pipe upward.

-- Remove the ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CAEB, CAED, CPMA, CPMB] .

-- Remove the generator. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the A/C compressor from the bracket and tie it up with the refrigerant hoses connected to the longitudinal member. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING / OVERVIEW - A/C COMPRESSOR POWER UNIT .
