Drive Plate, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal And Note The Following: 

• Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn after removing them.
• Manual transmission vehicles have a needle bearing inside the drive plate. Check before installing that the needle bearing is used. Remove needle bearing from drive plate and install. Refer to NEEDLE BEARING IN DRIVE PLATE, REPLACING .

-- Pay attention to the alignment pin when installing the drive plate.

-- Reposition the :10-201  to tighten the bolts.
