Sensor Wheel, Removing And Installing: Removing
CAUTION:
This procedure contains mandatory replaceable parts. Refer to component overview prior to starting procedure.
Mandatory Replacement Parts
- Bolts - Sensor wheel
- Sensor wheel
- The engine is secured to the :VAS6095A . Refer to ENGINE, SECURING TO ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION HOLDER .
-- Remove the oil pan upper section. Refer to OIL PAN UPPER SECTION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the balance shaft timing chain. Refer to CAMSHAFT TIMING CHAIN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the connecting rod bearing cap.
-- Remove the crankshaft bearing cap.
-- Remove the crankshaft and the sensor wheel.
